Course Description
Home Defense - NRA Personal Protection Inside The Home
The most common reason for an individual to purchase a firearm is to be able to defend his/her home and family. This course tackles a wide range of topics. From the proper mindset, how to prepare your home for safety, use of force, aftermath and shooting techniques. This is an 8 hour course.
Prerequisite:
- Law-abiding adult citizen
- Proof of Shooting Experience (one or more)
- Completed Basic Pistol Course
- Completed First Steps Pistol Course
- Marksmanship Qualification (Pistol)
- Military DD214 (Pistol)
- CCW Holder
- Pass the Pre-Course Test
