Items to bring:
- Training knive (Loaner may be provided or purchased)
- Eye protection (Will be provided if necessary)
- Water to drink
Wear comfortable clothing:
- Wear work-out clothes and be prepared to sweat.
- It is recommended you bring forearm protection.
Mr. Gebhard recommends purchasing shin protectors as the best. The thumb goes through the heel opening, shin padding protects the forearm, instep padding protects the outside of the hand.
