Shoot Safe Learning - Defensive Rifle/Carbine

Defensive Rifle / Carbine Course This is an entry level level rifle / carbine class. Course objective is to prepare individual who wants to use a carbine for personal defense purpose. Instructions include basic fundamentals, elements of effective shooting position, defensive tactics, cover and concealment, home defense, basic maneuvers and many more. Safety is emphasized in all our classes.

Wear comfortable clothing:

Wear long pants instead of shorts
Wear pants with belt loops
Wear closed toe shoes
Avoid low cut and sleeveless shirts

Rifle/Carbine with sling (.223/5.56/7.62x39/Pistol Caliber)
(AR-15, AK-47, M-1 Carbines)
Eye and ear protection
A hat
250 rounds (ammnition may be available at the range)
(no steel core, armor piercing, incendiary, tracer ammo)
Magazine carrier/pouch
Knee pads
Sunblock
Bottled water
