Defensive Handgun - (Califorina CCW - Full Course)
Dynamics of Personal Defense & Close Quarter Combat

Los Angeles, Ventura, Kern County

This course is suitable for intermediate to advanced handgun users. This is a scenario-based pistol training. It tackles a wide range of topics, including basic gun safey, marksmanship, handgun operation, the proper defensive mindset, use of force and aftermath of a defensive encounter. This is a 16-hour course.

The course curriculum, live-fire exercises, and demonstration of familiarity, meets or exceeds the established requirements in accordance with California Penal Code Section 26150(a), 26165(a) and complies with California SB2 requirements.

Wear comfortable clothing:

• Wear long pants instead of shorts
• Wear pants with belt loops
• Bring strong/sturdy belt (1.5 inch width or wider; must fit through the belt loops)
• Wear closed toe shoes

  • 2 or more magazines for your firearm
  • Belt, OWB Holster and magazine pouch
         (may be available in class)
  • Wear pants with beltloops
