Course Outline

This course is a student specific curriculum. Tailored to meet the requirements and needs of the participants requesting the training. This course is taught individually on a one-on-one basis or as small group.

Course topic may include, but not limited to safety, fundamentals of shooting, basic gun operation, gun maintenance and proper care, marksmanship, tactical, defensive tactics, competition shooting, drills and excercises.

10:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Part I (Mandatory Minimum):

  • Safety Procedures
  • Proper Operation
  • Fundamentals of Shooting

Part II (For Courses With Live Fire Exercises):

  • Range (Live Fire)
  • Minimum of 50 Rounds (20 rounds for shotgun)

Part III:

  • Evaluation
  • Discussions
  • Future Training

Items to bring:

  • Eye and ear protection (Will be provided if necessary)
  • Firearm (May be provided with prior arrangement)
  • Ammunition (May be provided with prior arrangement)
  • A pen
  • Holster, magazine pouch, gun belt (May be provided with prior arrangement)
  • Extra magazines (May be provided with prior arrangement)
  • Snacks
  • Water to drink

Wear comfortable clothing:

  • Low cut shirts are not advisable
  • Wear shoes instead of sandals
  • Wear long pants instead of shorts
  • Temperature in the range is consistent with outside temperature, dress appropriately
