Course Outline

This course is designed to teach the basics of Martial Blade Concepts CORE-skills. It covers recognizing the angles of attack and basic effective responses that aims to disable your attacker. All gear necessary will be provided for the duration of the course. This is a 4-hour course.

This class is conducted by our very own Uli Gebhard using the Martial Blade Concepts (MBC). Uli is one of the few practitioner in California recognized by Michael Janich of MBC as a Fully Certified Instructor to teach the Martial Blade technique. He will be assisted by other training group leaders and and advaned students recognized by Mr. Janich including Filipino Martial Artist Edmund Tan and Master Bobby Vargas.

Items to bring:

Training knive (Loaner may be provided or purchased)
Eye protection (Will be provided if necessary)
Snacks
Water to drink

Wear comfortable clothing:

Wear work-out clothes and be prepared to sweat.
It is recommended you bring forearm protection.
Mr. Gebhard recommends purchasing shin protectors as the best. The thumb goes through the heel opening, shin padding protects the forearm, instep padding protects the outside of the hand.
